The residence Le Petit Coeur is an empathic structure that welcomes guests who care about relationships of trust and an innate sense of respect for people, things and rules.
To counter the spread of Covid-19 and ensure a safe hospitality, protecting the health of our guests and our staff, we have implemented a rigorous protocol of cleaning and sanitization and new methods of welcoming and service.
Normally, the reservation is confirmed with the payment of a confirmatory deposit of 30% by bank transfer or authorized withdrawal on a credit card for the online booking. It's an economic indemnity for our little structure in case of impossibility to maintain the reservation initially fixed.
It will also be possible to cancel or modify every type of reservation following sudden travel restrictions between regions/countries without losing any eventual confirmatory deposit paid which will be automatically converted into a voucher valid 1 year to be used for a future stay.
To ensure a safe and peaceful stay, in compliance with the Covid-19 sanitation protocols, the apartment is ready at the earliest from 3:30/4:00 pm.
The welcoming is done in private mode, only one family at a time and by appointment between 3:30 and 7:00 pm.
In some cases, it's possible to arrive out of the indicated times by prior agreement.
As a good anti covid-19 practice which also speeds up the mandatory registration of housed persons (as per art. 109 of the T.U.L.P.S Italian Text of Public Security), it is preferable to anticipate the occupants identity documents by email or whatsapp.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY
The balance of the stay is made upon arrival, or by the following day, with the tourist tax and the applicable cautional deposit (from € 20.00 to € 70.00 depending on the stay).
The extras on site are paid on the spot or at the latest in the afternoon before day of departure.
We accept cash and credit cards Bancomat, Maestro, UnionPay, Visa and Mastercard.
Thank you for following the instructions placed inside the accommodation.
Upon departure, the apartment is checked with our staff, the keys are returned and the security deposit is fully or partially refunded.
Damages, if any, must be contextually compensated; failing that, the structure will have the right to act for the refunding even subsequently.
By virtue of the careful sanitization to be carried out, departure is required at the latest by 9:30/9:45 am and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
In case of delayed delivery of the accommodation, a penalty of € 25.00 for every half-hour of delay will be applied, in spite of ourselves, as compensation for the cost of the 2 people cleaning staff, that are unable to carry out the cleaning/sanitization.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Can stay in apartment the number of people allowed by law and indicated on the website for each apartment. The accommodation capacity is in fact granted and regulated by the Regional Tourist Office and the owner guarantees its compliance as direct responsible for safety and fire prevention rules.
If people/children not indicated at the time of booking (of any age) arrive, in a number greater than the occupation authorized by law, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the structure, without any refund.
Are allowed dogs of all sizes and cats. One pet is allowed per apartment and the indication of its presence at the booking is requested. Aggressive dogs with people and their similar or compulsive barking are not allowed as these are behaviors that compromise the peaceful coexistence with other guests and 4-legged friends, inevitably present in a "Pets Welcome" accomodation.
A sense of responsibility is required as only you know your own pet. If you have this such problem with your pet, a stay at residence Le Petit Coeur is not recommended.
Your pet stay for free but in some specific cases a supplement of € 20.00/stay may be required.
It is possible to waive by accepting 2 animals (2 little dogs, or 1 dog and 1 cat, or 2 cats) in the apartment by prior arrangement. The supplement is € 30.00/stay.
We manage the reservations to consent a maximum of 4-5 dogs at the same time in the whole structure. By our experience, we know that over to this number and the way the common spaces of the residence Petit Coeur are structured, peaceful coexistence becomes difficult.
Therefore the arrival with pets not reported at the time of booking, the management will evaluate the situation and possibly refuse access to the structure, without refunding.
The dog cannot be alone in an unfamiliar apartment for a whole day. If you plan to need it during your stay, you should book a daily dog-sitting service that we propose in collaboration with the dog instructor Veruska of the Totem Pet Relais in La Salle located not far away.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. It is possible on the balcony or in the external accesses, equipped for this purpose with an ashtray.
It is also good practice not to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the street around the structure.
It is not allowed to organize parties and events.
Informing first, it is possible to receive visits from friends or relatives in a number appropriate to the space of the accommodation, observing good rules of coexistence in respect of the other guests.
The silence period is required from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.
RETURN OR OVERNIGHT ARRIVAL
The return or autonomous arrival at night is allowed. Silence and discretion are required.
Staying at our accommodation implies acceptance of the terms and house rules as an integral part of the accommodation contract completed with the booking.
At any rate, we remain at your disposal for specific situations for which it is preferable to agree beforehand.
