Le Petit Cœur is 15 km from Courmayeur and its ski slopes, accessible by the SS26 national road, in 15 minutes by car.

In addition to information, La Thuile ski resort is 18 km away, Aosta and the cable car departure for the Pila ski area are 25 km away.

Le Petit Coeur is 18 km from the SkyWay cable car, reachable from the SS26 state road in 15-20 minutes. The thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier are 8 km away and therefore in about 8-10 min by car.

In the village of Derby, there is the waterfall bar Cascata located at 900 meters, The River Hous bistrot at 400mt and soonly it will open back (August 2022)  the Restaurant situated on main Road SS26 at 700mt.

For the purchase, you will find everything you need at the well-stocked CRAI grocery store 2.5 km away at the roundabout for the main town of La Salle and at the FAMILA supermarket in Morgex 4 km away. For more information see our Contact page.

Yes. The structure is equipped with fast Wi-Fi both in the common areas and in the apartments and it’s free.

No. The check-in in made by appointment.

To ensure a safe stay and compliance with sanitation protocols, the apartment is ready on arrival no earlier than 3.30/4.00 pm.
The welcoming is made at the reception located on the ground floor, privately and therefore by appointment to be fixed in the time slot between 3.30/4.00 pm and 6.30/7.00 pm, only one family unit at a time.

It is requested, as soon as possible and at the latest 48 hours before, to contact us to arrange the arrival or for the need to arrive outside the indicated times.

Yes, it is possible. In this case, we provide instructions to recover the keys and enter independently. It will therefore be necessary to notify us this need and send in advance the identity documents by whatsapp or by mail.

It’s kindly asked to pass at the office located at ground floor, the morning after arrival, for the fiscal and notification requirements.

No. The breakfast at Le Petit Coeur is an optional for fee service on request, available in certain periods

The stay is offered with room-only rates, to leave maximum freedom. In fact, the guest has the right to choose when and which breakfast he wants from the different proposals, the list of which is available in the apartment or we can send it by mail.

In compliance with the anti Covid regulations, breakfast is served in the vaulted tavern in 45 min. shifts at a time to choose between 8.30 - 9.15 - 10.00 am and for only one family at a time.

If the timetable is inconvenient, a take-away service is proposed for consumption in the accommodation, to be collected at the tavern at the time to be chosen between: 8.45 - 9.00 - 9.30 - 9.45 - 10.15 - 10.30.

No. The property does not have a restaurant. We can recommend several restaurants in the area.

There is the possibility of take-away meals to be consumed in the apartment, in collaboration with local gastronomies and restaurateurs.

The minimum stay is 3 nights in low season. It allows us to amortize the higher cost of onerous sanitization of an entire accommodation without increasing the rates, as well as having less turnover of persons in the structure in this particular period of health emergency.

In some periods of medium/high season, the minimum stay can be 4 or 5 nights up to 7 nights in very high season.

Stays of 2 nights are offered in last minute, from 72 to 48 hours before, and on remaining availability.

Yes. Le Petit Coeur is a Pet Friendly property.

Dogs of all sizes are allowed, if educated to coexist peacefully with people and any other animals present (therefore no aggressive dogs towards other dogs or people or that bark at every movement or noise).

Only one animal is allowed per apartment, up to a maximum of 4-5 dogs at the same time in the entire structure. The way the residence and common areas are structured, and the experience over the years has shown us that up to those numbers, coexistence becomes difficult.

It is possible to waive 2 animals by prior arrangement (for example 2 small dogs, or 1 dog and 1 cat, or 2 cats).

Your pet stays for free but in some specific cases a supplement of € 30.00/stay may be required (cat).

With two pets, the supplement is calcolated according stay and the extra needed housekeeping.

 It is not possible to smoke inside the apartment. It's possible outside, on the balcony equipped for this purpose with an ashtray.

From Italy or Switzerland, you can first reach Aosta by train or interregional bus.

From the Aosta bus station, the direct Aosta-Courmayeur bus leaves every hour, every day, from 5.15 am to 9.45 pm with a stop in Derby, 400 meters from the Residence.

The company that carries out the service is Savda: www.savda.it

From France, you can reach Chamonix and with the bus of the company SAT or SAVDA, you can reach Courmayeur through the Mont-Blanc tunnel. From Courmayeur, you take the Savda bus to Aosta, stopping at Derby as indicated above.
