The quality of life here is unmatched, based on tranquility and comfort but we don’t live in isolation. Everything you need is just a few kilometers away: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and markets in the main centers such as Morgex, Courmayeur and Aosta without giving up the best of life in the mountains.
A few steps away, there is the possibility to regenerate and enjoy a great psychophysical well-being thanks to the numerous practicables mountain activities in every season. From walks and hikes from spring to late autumn, to skiing and snowshoeing in winter, you have the opportunity to do what you like and try new outdoor experiences.
The strong alpine identity is expressed in a life upbeat by seasons. The cultivation of mountain kitchen gardens with vegetables, medicinal plants and fruit is a practice that has ancient roots in family subsistence agriculture and which today is rediscovered as a privilege to be able to consume one's quality products at home.

Our story begins in the early 1700s with an agricultural residence that over the centuries has been transformed, always remaining, hearth, nest, home. Today it is a small mountain accommodation open to everyone, while retaining that home atmosphere.
In 2010, with great fore-sightedness, the owners Olga and Franco, passionately and skilfully converted this old farm building into a charming 3-star residence with 7 self-catered charming apartments with kitchen and furnished in pure alpine style.
Today, residence Le Petit Coeur has been entrusted to Valérie and Mauro who welcome you with enthusiasm and kindness as you're appreciated guests of this magical estate.

Our small 3-star building sleeps 25 and is located in the wonderful town of La Salle in the upper part of the Aosta Valley, surrounded by greenery and within sight of Mont Blanc.
Wonderful fields and woodlands surround our cherished holiday residence. Our family will personally take care of you, during your holiday break giving you the chance to relax in a delightfully private ambience. This is, after all, your most precious moment of the year.

We are lucky enough to live in a place of great environmental value and therefore, we strive to ensure that our actions are respectful of the nature that surrounds us.
We have rethought and activated a sustainable lifestyle and consumption that aims to limit waste and differentiate it, energy saving, the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products, the consumption of local and/or organic products.
Precautions that allow us to reduce the environmental impact of a hotel like ours and that you’ll can observe during your stay : from products and kitchen equipment, to the courtesy line in the apartment and breakfast products.
In addition, the residence has a solar system that annually guarantees 70% of the structure's domestic hot water needs, while 30%, mainly in the winter months, is integrated with LPG gas.
There is on the roof, an 11 KW photovoltaic system for the in-house production and consumption of electricity, with on-site exchange and sale to the grid of that produced in excess.
Le Petit Coeur will be soon equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles, for the comfort and tranquility of guests who love a green holiday and electric bikes to move around in an alternative and effortless way to discover the area.
A public charging station ENI Plenitude + Becharge for electric vehicles, accessible H24, with two sockets type 2 and max power 22 kw, is currently available at 250 meters from the structure.
