The Raclette is the typical recipe that is prepared with the semi-hard cheese of the same name, which is melted by heating it through small pans in a particular electric grill and usually accompanied with potatoes, mixed cold meats, vegetables and pickles. There is a vegetarian version of Raclette with vegetables and aromatic herbs with garlic croutons.
